I have lived in Seattle for over 30 years and bring extensive knowledge of real estate and the area to provide you with a smooth transaction whether you are buying or selling.

I love helping my clients find their new home. From the time that I first meet them or even just the first email with their criteria to the minute I hand them the keys to their new home is the beginning of a new friendship. I genuinely care that you find your dream home!

For sellers, I know how to price your home to bring you the quickest sale and the most amount of money because I constantly study the market. I have staging education and experience to help make your home the most attractive. And photography is one of the most important keys. My listing photographs get the attention of prospective clients!

I believe in doing a quality job. I have over 30 years in the customer service industry. I worked in the telecommunication industry in Project Management and negotiations and even as a Directory Assistance operator in the good old days when they gave good customer service. I also have a background in retail sales from Nordstrom.


I stay updated with current issues. To be licensed as a Real Estate Agent, one must study 30 hours of continued training every two years. I take more classes than necessary to be as knowledgeable as I can be. In addition, I have my Staging Certification and I am Green Certified.


I also achieved one of the top sales awards from Realty Executives in 2008, due to my hard work and persistence in a tough year for most Real Estate Agents. I am a REALTOR® and adhere to a strict code of ethics that not all real estate agents are required to follow.
